This guide aims to assist yoga class participants in purchasing a 4-class pack through the Glofox app.
By following the steps outlined below, you’ll be able to navigate the app and successfully
purchase your desired 4-class pack. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Logging In
1. Open the Glofox app on your mobile device.
2. Enter your Glofox account credentials (username and password).
3. If you haven’t created an account yet, follow the on-screen instructions to sign up.
Step 2: Navigating to the Memberships Section
1. Once logged in, you should see a menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Look for an icon or tab labelled "Memberships" or "Packages" and tap on it.
3. This will take you to the section where various membership and package options are
displayed.
Step 3: Scrolling Through Available Options
1. In the Memberships or Packages section, scroll through the available options.
2. Look for the 4-class pack or any similar package that matches your desired purchase.
3. If necessary, swipe left or right to explore more options.
Step 4: Selecting the 4-Class Pack
1. Once you locate the 4-class pack, tap on it to access the details and purchase options.
2. Read the package description, duration, and any other relevant information provided.
Step 5: Reviewing Package Details
1. On the package details page, carefully review the package inclusions, expiration date, and any
terms and conditions.
2. Make sure the package aligns with your preferences and needs.
Step 6: Purchasing the 4-Class Pack
1. Look for a "Purchase" or "Buy" button on the package details page.
2. Tap on the button to proceed with the purchase.
3. If prompted, select your preferred payment method and provide the necessary details.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
Step 7: Confirmation and Access
1. After a successful purchase, you should receive a confirmation message or email.
2. The 4-class pack will now be available for use within the specified timeframe.
3. You may need to navigate back to the main menu or home screen to access the purchased
pack.
Step 8: Booking Classes with the 4-Class Pack
1. Return to the main menu or home screen of the Glofox app.
2. Look for the "Schedule" or "Book Classes" section and tap on it.
3. Browse through the available classes and select the ones you wish to attend.
4. During the booking process, you should see an option to apply your purchased 4-class pack as
a payment method.
5. Select the pack, confirm your class bookings, and enjoy your yoga sessions!
